Maria Antonia has 20 years of experience in offshore corporate law dealing with clients of Latin America Asia Europe and North America. She graduated from the Universidad Católica Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela. Maria Antonia also has a Master’s degree in Foreign Relations (Universidad Central de Venezuela) and Corporate Offshore LLM (University of The West Indies).
Maria del Pilar has a background in office management and administration with more than 8 years of experience. She is the head of our international business licenses applications, tax filings and opening bank account processes in Barbados for our international clients.
Brian is a legal professional with an intimate knowledge of legal processes and procedures gained in several international jurisdictions, including offshore financial centres. Brian is licensed to practice law in Ontario, Canada, Barbados, Co-operative Republic of Guyana, and is also a member of the Utter Bar of England and Wales.
Tamar has brought experience in managing accounting for offshore companies and she is in charge of dealing with their accounts, filing taxes and preparing financial statements for most of the companies in our office.
Shannon has an Associate’s Degree in Foreign Languages focusing in Spanish & Italian for Business in Tourism and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She is the head of all our Corporate Affairs and is an acting resident director liaising with shareholders and directors for some International Companies, handling all legal transactions and legalization matters in Barbados.
Maria Corina is responsible for maximizing the company’s LATAM marketing efforts while considering the needs, traditions, and cultural differences within the region. Prior to her role in IBC’S Services Inc., she was the Ambassador of Venezuela to Barbados.
Maria Eugenia graduated in Caracas, Venezuela as an economist. At the moment, her role at IBC’S Services Inc. is being the Client Collections Representative in Venezuela.
Maria Carolina has a degree in business administration with a specialization in data-processing and informatics. She has broad experience with Information Technology oriented towards the Customer Service Sector, liaising with various other fields of businesses, including sales and receivables.
A lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela. She is certified as a foreign legal consultant in Florida, United States. She has extensive experience as a corporate relocation advisor and with compliance processes.
